Payment for all items is due in U.S. dollars via cash, good check or major credit card before removal of any items from the auction site. A 13% buyer's premium will be added to all sales transactions with a 3% discount for cash or good check. NC Sales tax of 7% will be added to the total sale as applicable. Items remaining on the property after October 5, 2017 will be considered abandoned. We will deliver items from door to door(we will not move items inside buildings) up to 50 miles for $1.00 per mile within 1 week of the sale ending if needed. Please contact us before the sale ends if you need items delivered.
